UK Orders
Orders with a delivery address in the United Kingdom are shipped for a minimal £2.50 charge by Royal Mail 48 which is scanned on delivery, unless you request a signature on delivery (choose in the checkout) in which case there will be a additional charge. If you choose Royal Mail Signed For, you will be sent a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please be aware that Royal Mail is currently taking on average 24 hours longer than their stated delivery times due to (they say) higher than normal mail volumes.
International Deliveries
Orders with a delivery address outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed and are charged at various rates depending on the country of destination. During the checkout process, the shipping charge will be shown to you before you pay. When your order is dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number.
There are no current delays reported by Royal Mail in the United Kingdom for international mail. However, some countries are experiencing delays internally (particularly the United States) with their mail systems due to the COVID-19 virus so delivery may take a couple of days longer than normal.
