Returns Policy

Some of Milspec Tees garments are custom printed to order and, on those items, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects. We are not an approval service, so if you ordered the wrong colour, the wrong size or have just changed your mind we reserve the right not accept your return.

Goods that are accepted for return must not be returned without notifying us by logging in to your account at milspectees.com and starting the returns process. You will be issued with a goods return number and this needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were received, including the packaging and must be sent back to us using a tracked shipping method at your cost..

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF BASE LAYER GARMENTS INCLUDING SOCKS, UNDERWEAR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

We reserve the right to dispose of any non-saleable or un-creditable returned goods.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and no goods will be accepted for return after this period. All goods MUST be returned with the original paperwork.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are not received. Proof of posting will not be accepted for credit of goods. Any goods supplied to fulfill a special order at the customer’s request will not be accepted for credit.

International customers

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return item(s) and you must use a tracked shipping method. To ensure swift delivery through UK Customs please ensure you mark the customs declaration on your returned package as “RETURNS” or we will be charged duty & VAT on your returned item, which we reserve the right to deduct from your refund. Remember to enclose your returns form in your parcel and pack your return securely. EXCHANGES: You are responsible for the shipping cost to return item (s) and the cost of shipping a new item(s) back to you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? Returned items will be processed/checked in within 5 working days. We aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within 5 working days, but during busier periods this may take slightly longer. As soon as your refund is issued back to your card you will receive an automatic email confirming this. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer. Refunds can only be credited to the payment method (card or PayPal account) used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be made in GBP currency, for international customers this will be at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of refund.
